healthy protein shake

ORANGE BEET PROTEIN SHAKE

Ingredients

2.cups water
2.cups beet greens
2.beets, peeled and diced
2.oranges, peeled
2.scoops vanilla protein powder
Juice of ½ lemon

Method 

1 Into a blender, add water, greens, beets, oranges, protein
powder, and lemon juice.
2 Blend the ingredients until smooth. Pour shake into 2 glasses
and serve.
