Mango ,Banana ,Peach and Spinach juice 

Weight loss benefit:

Aside from potassium, bananas are also rich in fiber, amino acids, manganese
and Vitamin B6. It is an excellent fat burning food due to its high content of
resistant starch, which helps rid the body of excess fats.

Yield: 1 glass

Ingredients:

¼ cup mangoes
1 medium ripe banana
¼ cup peaches
¼ cup spinach
¼ cup distilled water

method 

1. Peel mangoes and separate the flesh from the seed. Cut flesh into 2-inch
cubes.
2. Peel bananas. Cut into 2-inch slices.
3. Cut peaches in half. Scoop out the flesh.
4. Rinse spinach in cold running water. Chop.
5. Process all ingredients, including the water, in a juicer or a blender.
6. Pour juice over crushed ice in a glass. Drink immediately.

Variation:

Chop 3 fresh mint leaves and add in the juice for a more refreshing treat.
Juicing tip:
The base ingredient in this juice is banana. Try it with any fruit and
vegetable combination—like strawberries, pineapples, kale, Swiss chard
or lettuce.
If you want a creamier juice, try using avocados or coconut.
This juice is best taken as your breakfast, so if you are constantly in a
rush in the morning, you can prepare this juice in the evening and just
put it in the refrigerator. Juices and smoothies will usually remain fresh
for 24 hours.

Lychee and Pomegranate

Weight loss benefit:

it comes to weight loss. It contains a huge array of vitamins and

prevents the hardening and clogging of arteries. It helps lower bad
cholesterol and raises good cholesterol in the blood, develops healthier
skin, reduce dental plague, fight fatigue and increase energy levels.

Ingredients:

1 cup lychee
½ whole pomegranate
1 teaspoon food-grade vanilla essence

Preparation:

1. Remove skin and seeds from lychees.

mixed well.

Variation:

Ingredients:

1 small papaya
1 whole red apple
5 whole pitted dates

Method 

1. Wash, skin and remove the seeds of the papaya. Cut into 2-inch slices.
2. Wash and core pineapples. Slice into wedges.
3. Put all ingredients in a juicer or blender until a smooth juice is produced.
4. Drink chilled or over ice cubes.

Variation:

Add a teaspoon of finely chopped mint leaves to juice before drinking to
add a burst of color in your juice and to make it more refreshing.
Dilute the juice with ¼ cup lime juice instead of water to further
enhance the taste of papaya.

Ingredients:

 green apple 1
 lemon fruit ½
 red leaf lettuce 5 outer leaves
 cucumber 1

Preparation:

1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Core apple and slice into wedges.
3. Peel lemon and remove the seeds.
4. Shred red leaf lettuce into salad size servings.
5. Slice cucumber into 2-inch pieces.
6. Process all ingredients in a juicer or blender. Serve over crushed ice if
you prefer your juice cold.

Variation:

Add ½ small ginger (peeled and chopped) for an extra zing to this juice.

Red leaf lettuce will make your juice deep green in color with a
smoother taste compared to bitter alternatives such as kale, spinach and
parsley.

 beets ½ cup cubed or 1 small whole beet
celery stalks 1 cup (about 5 stalks), chopped
 spinach leaves 1 cup , chopped
 coriander leaves ¼ cup (about 2 sprigs), chopped
salt 1 teaspoon 

Preparation: 

1.Rinse celery, spinach and coriander in running water. Chop.
2.Wash beets and cut into wedges.
3.Process all ingredients in a juicer. Pour in a glass and drink fresh.

Variation:

Add a squeeze of lemon in your juice for a tangy and citrusy taste.

Spinach And Strawberry Salad

serves 3

Ingredients 

baby spinach -400 gm
strawberries -200 gm
low fat cheddar cheese 50 gm
pine nut ( toasted ) 15 gm
balsamic vinegar 40 ml
extra virgin olive oil -1 ts

Method

1.place baby spinach on a bowl and add sliced strawberries and toasted pine nuts
2.drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss all ingredients together
3.garnish with bits of cheddar cheese

Healthy Salad Recipe

Brown Rice And Salmon Salad

serves 4

Ingredients

brown rice 1 cup
paprika 1  tbs
red pepper 1 PC
green pepper 1 PC
mixed greens
salmon thin slices -280 gm
lemon juice 1/2 ts
garlic clove 1 pcs
sesame oil 1 tbs
vinegar 1 tbs

Method

1.marinate salmon slices in the paprika and lemon juice for a few minutes
2.heat sesame oil in a pan and add garlic and red pepper and saute
3.add the salmon slices and cook until pink,then keep it on the side.
4.mixed the cooked brown rice ,red pepper ,green pepper,and mixed greens
5.to prepare the dressing add vinegar and sesame oil and lemon juice in a cup .pour over salad and serve

healthy steamed salmon recipe

serves 3

Ingredients 

salmon fillet 3 pcs (around 100 gm)
lemon wedges from 1 lemon
chopped ginger 1 tbs
low sodium soy sauce 1.5 tbs
sesame oil 1 ts
sugar 1/2 ts

Method

1. mix the all ingredients and marinade salmon for 30 minutes
2.in a Chinese bamboo steamer steam the salmon steak
3.if you want sprinkle some sesame seeds on fish and serve

Healthy Food Recipe For Breakfast

Oatmeal parfait 
serves 4

Ingredients 

quick rolled oats 1/2 cup
skimmed milk 2 cups ( soy milk if desired )
strawberry yogurt 1/2 cup ( low fat )
walnuts or almonds 20 gm
dried peaches 1/4 cup

Method

1.mix the oats with the milk ,almonds and dried fruits
2.leave in the fridge for couple of hours
3.in a tall glasses ,layer the oat mixture and fruit yogurt ( make as many layers as you like )
4. garnish with extra dried fruits and walnuts and almonds
