Baked Raisin Oatmeal

Ingredients
• 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
• 1/2 teaspoon Stevie or other sugar alternative
• 2 egg whites
• 2 tablespoons skim milk
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
• 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder
• 1 tablespoon raisins
• 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the oil and Stevie, slowly mix in the
egg whites, skim milk, salt, baking powder, oats, protein powder, and raisins.
Top with the brown sugar and cinnamon and place in refrigerator overnight.
2. Heat the oven to 350°F, bake until firm, around 35 minutes.
