healthy steamed salmon recipe

serves 3

Ingredients 

salmon fillet 3 pcs (around 100 gm)
lemon wedges from 1 lemon
chopped ginger 1 tbs
low sodium soy sauce 1.5 tbs
sesame oil 1 ts
sugar 1/2 ts

Method

1. mix the all ingredients and marinade salmon for 30 minutes
2.in a Chinese bamboo steamer steam the salmon steak
3.if you want sprinkle some sesame seeds on fish and serve
