Healthy Salad Recipe

Brown Rice And Salmon Salad

serves 4

Ingredients

brown rice 1 cup
paprika 1  tbs
red pepper 1 PC
green pepper 1 PC
mixed greens
salmon thin slices -280 gm
lemon juice 1/2 ts
garlic clove 1 pcs
sesame oil 1 tbs
vinegar 1 tbs

Method

1.marinate salmon slices in the paprika and lemon juice for a few minutes
2.heat sesame oil in a pan and add garlic and red pepper and saute
3.add the salmon slices and cook until pink,then keep it on the side.
4.mixed the cooked brown rice ,red pepper ,green pepper,and mixed greens
5.to prepare the dressing add vinegar and sesame oil and lemon juice in a cup .pour over salad and serve
