,fattening one. Two tablespoons of your favorite dressing can add 150 to 200
calories, 15 to 20 grams of fat, 200 to 600 mg of sodium. One of the ways you
could avoid this is by using balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing or light,
low-fat or fat-free dressing.
Coleslaw
Ingredients
¼ red cabbages sliced thin
¼ green cabbages sliced thin
2 carrots peeled and grated
¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tbs sour cream
1 tbs cider vinegar
1 tbs sugar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
Combined red and green cabbage ,and carrots .In a separate
bowl whisk together mayonnaise ,sour
cream, cider vinegar ,sugar ,salt and pepper. add the dressing to cabbage
mixture and toss well. cover with plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
